After receiving a full-time offer to work in Germany, I decided it was time to hire a private tutor to improve my German. Prior to our first lesson together, Annika reached out to me to understand what I wanted to accomplish with the class. She then tailored the lesson plan to match my personal needs. Throughout our lessons, she was flexible, reliable, and an overall wonderful teacher. She provided exercises as homework to perform in between our classes and corrected mistakes prior to class in order to optimize our lesson time. As a result, I am now confident in my abilities to speak, read, and write in German and have been able to effectively communicate at work with my German colleagues without relying on English.
